Last month, Jacob designed a wonderful Baby Parts Collage for one of our clients. The collage photos came from a
previous photo shoot. Jacob loves the meticulous nature of photo editing, retouching, and designing; so he took a lot of pride in the collage. We had to wait to post it until now because the client presented the finished project to her husband on Father's Day. We hope he loved it as much as we did.
Wow, I love it! You've inspired me to do something similar with my own baby boy! You have absolutely beautiful pictures!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comment on my blog - and yes, I always get worried about sand in my camera. I try and be very careful. I can't not take pictures, when I see my boys having soooo much fun in the sand and in the water!
I will have to schedule a family photo shoot some time soon - maybe the fall.
Audra,
ReplyDeleteI'm glad we could inspire you! Jacob has a couple tips for doing a project like this: make sure you have photos of baby parts that are in proportion to the other parts on the layout. For example, we used close-ups on the eyes, ears, mouth, etc. If you zoom out to take pictures of the feet, hands, and behind, try to take shots that have a minimal amount of blanket in the background. Finally, make sure you have the same lighting for your photos. Good luck on your project!
